* Contract Oversight: Manage all contract requirements, including negotiations, terms and conditions, risk assessment, and contract compliance.

* Budgeting & Cost Control: Monitor project budgets and expenditures, implementing cost-control measures to meet financial targets.

* Scheduling & Coordination: Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely progress by coordinating with site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.

* Quality Assurance: Enforce quality standards, ensuring all work complies with relevant specifications, safety regulations, and industry best practices.

* Health & Safety Compliance: Promote a culture of safety across all sites, ensuring compliance with health and safety policies and practices.

* Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations regarding project milestones and deliverables.

* Team Leadership: Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need a strong background in construction management, with a minimum of 6 years of experience in Ireland. You should also have a bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Additionally, you should possess excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, as well as effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this role is competitive, ranging from €60,000 to €80,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you can expect a range of benefits, including a comprehensive pension scheme, life insurance, and access to training and development opportunities.
