About the job A long time and highly reputable client of ours is currently seeking a professional Part Time Receptionist to join their constantly growing team based in Ringaskiddy.
As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and efficient front office environment.
Location: Ringaskiddy, Cork.
Salary: €15 per hour Working Hours: Typically Thursday and Friday.
08:*******:00- Thursday.
Friday 08:00 - 3:30pm Fridays.
Some flexibility is needed.
Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner Answer and direct phone calls Manage appointments and meeting room bookings Handle incoming and outgoing mail Provide general administrative support Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail Previous reception or administrative experience preferred
