### Job Description
This HR business partner position involves administering and maintaining the HR information system (HRIS), producing reports, and maintaining personnel files in compliance with GDPR standards. Key responsibilities include leading end-to-end employee relations case management, providing advice to managers, supporting investigations, hearings, and appeals as required. The successful candidate must have strong knowledge of Irish employment legislation and proven experience managing employee relations cases end to end.

1. A minimum of five years' relevant experience in a human resources generalist or business partner role within manufacturing or operational environments;
2. A level seven or eight qualification in human resource management or related discipline;
3. Strong stakeholder management skills; ability to provide guidance on various HR matters;
