Key Responsibilities
* Conduct thorough evaluations to identify speech and language disorders in clients of all ages.
* Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and client needs.
* Provide therapy sessions that incorporate evidence-based practices to facilitate communication improvements.
* Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, as well as clients and families, to support therapy goals.
* Track client progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary for optimal results.
* Offer education and resources to clients and families to promote effective communication at home.
* Engage in continued professional development to remain current with the latest clinical practices.
* A recognized degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent qualification.
* Prior experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist with a focus on client-centered care.
* Fluency in English with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Deep understanding of speech and language disorders along with appropriate therapeutic techniques.
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
* Willingness to relocate to Ireland and immerse yourself in a new culture.
* Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and documentation tools is a plus.
* Valid licenses or certifications to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist within Ireland.
