Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Bus & Coach Aftersales based in Dublin. The role involves managing technical operations related to buses and coaches, including developing aftersales strategies, building client relationships, identifying market opportunities, and achieving aftersales targets. Key responsibilities include creating and delivering tailored proposals, coordinating with cross-functional teams, working with various stakeholders, and attending industry events. Partial remote working arrangements are available as part of the hybrid model.
Qualifications
Strong aftersales skills, including negotiation, client relationship management, and achieving aftersales targets
Experience in developing and executing aftersales strategies within the automotive sector
Knowledge of buses and coaches, including alternative fuel and green solutions
Strong organisational and communication skills, including proposal development and presentation abilities
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders
Proficiency in using CRM tools and managing data
Must hold a valid driver's license and have the ability to travel as necessary
Has strong Bus and Coach experience in Aftersales, or a related field is preferred.
Preferred Qualities:
Experience working with OEMs or large fleet operators.
Knowledge of electric mobility, telematics, and vehicle diagnostics systems
