Our client, a leading housing association, is seeking an experienced Housing Services Manager to lead their Housing Services Team.
You will be responsible for managing the delivery of high-quality housing services, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and achieving excellent customer satisfaction. To succeed in this role, you must possess:
* A relevant degree in housing or CIH level 4 qualification;
* At least three years' management experience in the housing sector;
* Demonstrated ability to lead successful teams to achieve outstanding performance results;
