Position Details

Job Purpose

Accenture, a global leader in professional services, is a trusted partner to the world's leading digital platform companies. Through our Digital Inside Sales team, we deliver innovative, scalable, and data-driven advertising sales support to a variety of platform clients. We enable advertisers—ranging from small businesses to enterprise customers—to unlock the full potential of digital advertising platforms.

The Ad Sales Representative (ASR) manages and grows relationships with existing advertising clients, optimizes their ad campaigns, and drives incremental revenue. Operating within a dynamic, fast-paced sales environment, the ASR combines consultative selling, data analysis, and customer service to meet strategic business goals.

This role supports different campaign types including Search Ads, Display Ads, Product Listing Ads (PLA), Product Category Ads (PCA), and Sponsored Ads, with the ultimate objective of driving platform adoption, advertiser success, and business growth.

The primary objectives of the Ad Sales Representative are to:

* Manage pre-existing and newly onboarded advertisers across various campaign types.
* Deliver strategic consulting, product education, campaign diagnostics, and budget optimization advice.
* Respond to inquiries, resolve campaign-related issues, and upsell new features or products.

The ASR is responsible for driving customer satisfaction, increasing advertising ROI, and achieving KPIs in a hybrid sales and account optimization role.

Roles and Responsibilities

A. Advertising Strategy & Optimization

* Analyze advertiser accounts to assess campaign performance (CTR, CPC, CPA, CPM, ROAS).
* Recommend optimizations including keyword/ad group structuring, bidding strategies, targeting adjustments, and A/B testing.
* Leverage platform tools to improve ad delivery, conversion rates, and ROI.
* Propose strategic solutions to enhance campaign quality and efficiency (audience segmentation, budget reallocations).

B. Customer Relationship Management

* Build and manage long-term relationships with small- and medium-sized advertisers.
* Conduct needs analysis to understand advertiser goals and challenges.
* Provide high-touch consultative support, acting as a digital marketing advisor.
* Monitor satisfaction and proactively ensure long-term retention.

C. Inbound & Outbound Sales Execution

* Handle inbound queries related to ad products, billing, and troubleshooting.
* Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups to drive campaign expansions.
* Identify upselling opportunities and pitch value-added products (remarketing, shopping ads).
* Drive revenue growth through proactive lead qualification and engagement.

D. Campaign Lifecycle Management

* Set up, activate, and monitor ad campaigns.
* Collaborate on ad creative development.
* Manage daily campaign health checks.
* Support transitions for new advertisers to active management.

E. Reporting, Analysis, and Forecasting

* Create performance reports with insights.
* Track pipelines, forecast revenue, and report on KPIs.
* Maintain accurate CRM data and documentation.

F. Cross-functional Collaboration

* Partner with marketing, support, and product teams.
* Relay customer feedback for platform improvements.
* Participate in planning and reviews with stakeholders.

Skills Required

A. Core Sales & Consultative Abilities

* Prospecting and cold-calling skills.
* Understanding of sales cycles and pipeline management.
* Needs analysis, objection handling, and pitching skills.
* Proven performance in high-volume sales environments.

B. Digital Marketing & Ad Platform Knowledge

* Knowledge of Google Ads, Amazon Advertising, Meta Ads, or similar platforms.
* Understanding of key ad metrics and optimization techniques.
* Experience managing or advising on various campaign types.

C. Analytical & Technical Skills

* Campaign diagnostics and trend analysis.
* Proficiency with analytics tools and CRM systems.

D. Communication & Client Engagement

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to engage decision-makers.
* Interpersonal skills to build trust.

Other Skills

* Effective presentation skills.
* Ability to assess customer needs and pitch value propositions.
* Flexibility and dependability.

Experience and Qualifications

Minimum Experience Requirements

* 2+ years of experience.
* French level C1.

Client Target Market Experience

* Capability to expand revenue within existing clients.
* Success in up-selling and maintaining advertiser investment.

Preferred Experience

* 2+ years in sales, account management, or related fields.
* Experience with digital ads and media platforms.
* Proven sales performance and client engagement success.

Minimum Education

* Post-secondary degree in marketing, business, or equivalent experience.
* Native English speaker.

Operating Model

* Hybrid work model, working up to 50% in-office.
* Reside within specified boundary limits.
