The position is suited to someone who has previous work experience in sales administration and is looking for a new challenge. The responsibilities include:
1. Create and provide quotes to customers.
2. Take customer orders as required.
3. Update customer orders on the order management system.
4. Acknowledge customer orders and provide delivery dates.
5. Organise shipment of products from suppliers.
6. Manage the timely delivery of orders systematically.
7. Carefully manage all high-priority orders.
8. Confirm and record receipt of goods.
9. Keep customers and operations informed of order progress.
10. Maintain stock control system.
11. File sales orders.
12. Attend weekly review meetings.
13. Participate in process review meetings.
14. Review, advise on, and implement process improvements.
15. Assist in implementing new systems.
