Process Risk and Controls Specialist
A Vice President Role in Dublin
This position involves working as a Process, Risk and Controls (PRC) professional at the Senior Associate or Vice President level in Dublin. As a key member of the Global Risk & Analysis department, you will report into an Executive Director of Risk and interface with business partners in both the private and public sides of the business.
Responsibilities:
* Value-Added Analysis: Perform analysis on business processes to identify gaps, risk themes, reduce cost, leverage leading practices, and improve operational excellence.
* Risk and Issue Reviews: Assist with deep dive reviews to identify root causes, risks, controls, risk responses, and opportunities for enhancements including control optimizations.
* Process Transformation: Provide day-to-day execution of various PRC transformation efforts to optimize business processes while mitigating business risks.
* Operational Effectiveness: Analyze self-assessment results and perform testing & monitoring activities post-PRC effort.
* Initiative Coordination: Assist in preparing, coordinating, and presenting key PRC initiatives and updates to varying levels of management.
Qualifications:
* Educational Background: Undergraduate degree in business, engineering, finance, economics, or other disciplines demonstrating quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
* Project Management Skills: Excellent project management, organization, and time management skills.
* Communication and Relationship Building: Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
* Creative Problem-Solving: Proven track record demonstrating creative problem-solving skills.
* Technical Skills: Good analytical and technical skills including proficiency with Excel, Visio, and other end-user computing tools.
