They are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join their team and support the pre-construction function with bid preparation and document control.
Key Responsibilities: Assisting bid manager in Pqq writing General office admin roles in assisting Admin manager Manage and maintain document control systems Assist in the coordination and compilation of high-quality bid and tender submissions.
Support the collation of project data, technical content, and relevant case studies.
Ordering office stationary Logging site times daily Completing time sheets weekly Saving site diaries daily Saving weather reports daily Reception duties taking messages and answering queries Booking travel and accommodation for staff travel Person Specification: Qualifications: A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related built environment discipline or working towards completion of a recognised qualification would be beneficial Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Team-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn.
