Main Purpose of Role
Maintaining and generating new distribution and volume by creating and leveraging relationships with regional accounts.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
* Complete a predetermined quantity of outlet visits per week aligned with client KPIs.
* Achieve a minimum number of visits to new distribution points.
* Negotiate and maintain increased distribution of products.
* Contribute to activities that generate ROI.
Compliance
* Ensure key SKUs are available and correctly priced in outlets.
* Maximize outlet awareness of products and launches via POS and activities.
Data Recording & Reporting
* Accurately record response data.
* Provide weekly updates with details and pictures.
* Report issues promptly and update CRM data.
* Provide feedback on supply, pricing, and availability.
Person Specification
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Good organizational and planning skills.
* Ability to interpret sales data.
* Self-motivated and proactive.
* IT literate.
* Previous experience in retail, food service, or FMCG sales is desirable but not essential.
* Full clean valid driving license is required.
