Job Overview
As a key member of our Software Asset Management (SAM) team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the effective management of software assets across the organization. This involves conducting thorough analyses of software usage and contractual entitlements to identify areas for improvement.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams to ensure software assets are managed efficiently and in alignment with organizational goals.
You will be responsible for establishing an Effective License Position by comparing entitlements with software usage data for in-scope publishers, analyzing reconciliation reports to identify and address non-compliant software installations, and managing remediation activities for non-compliant software to ensure ongoing compliance.

Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field, 2+ years of experience in Software Asset Management or IT Asset Management, and basic understanding of ServiceNow SAM Pro and software lifecycle processes.
