Leading Audit and Accounts Team
The ideal candidate for this role will be a self-motivated and experienced Audit and Accounts Assistant Manager. The position offers opportunities for progression, challenging projects, and learning and development.
About the Role:
* Lead teams on the planning, execution, and completion of audits.
* Provide technical auditing and accounting assistance to team members and clients.
* Manage a portfolio of clients of variable sizes across different industries.
* Proactively manage client expectations and be the point-of-contact for clients.
* Coordinate and project manage the allocation of staff resources to jobs.
* Report directly to the director on engagements.
* Participate in the coaching, mentoring, and appraisal of staff.
Ideal Candidate:
* ACA or ACCA Qualified.
* Minimum of 4 years+ relevant post-qualified work experience.
* Understands the operational aspects of managing an audit team and be accountable for results.
* Proven management skills and behaviours.
* Client-oriented with initiative, enthusiasm, and problem-solving attitude.
