My client is a busy, medium sized legal practice in Co. Wicklow, who is seeking a part time Bookkeeper for circa 25 hours per week. This is a great opportunity to join a well established practice with an excellent working environment. The successful candidate will be required to work on site, but will have full flexibility regarding the working hours. This position will suit a mature, experienced and trustworthy candidate and you will have a comprehensive handover from the outgoing Bookkeeper. Responsibilities will include: Client ledger postings and monitoring of clients funds Client receipts and payments Cash flow projections Weekly bank reconciliations Management of client funds Supplier Payments Weekly and monthly payroll (Sage) Bi monthly VAT/PRSI returns to revenue.
