Our client, a global leader in semiconductor materials engineering and manufacturing equipment, is seeking a senior leader to manage Field Service Operations at a key customer site in Ireland.
Reporting to the European Regional Manager, this role oversees 200+ engineers and multiple managers, driving operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and business growth in a high-impact environment.
What You'll Bring
Extensive experience in Field Service Operations.
Proven ability to lead large, multi-layered organisations (200+ employees).
Strong track record in P&L ownership, budgeting, and operational excellence.
Experience building and sustaining strategic executive-level customer partnerships.
Demonstrated success driving process improvement and digital transformation.
Exceptional influencing skills across cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
A clear commitment to fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and inclusion.
Responsibilities
Lead Site Operations: Own all operational activities at the Ireland customer site, including people leadership, customer engagement, P&L, and budget management.
Drive Safety & Quality: Champion a strong culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement across onboarding, training, and daily operations.
Grow the Business: Expand market share, support system sales, and implement engagement models to manage the site as one profitable, integrated business unit.
Develop Leadership: Build an inclusive, high-performing organisation with strong leaders and a robust pipeline of future talent.
Strengthen Customer Partnerships: Establish transparent, trusted relationships with customer Fab executive leadership; ensure alignment on installs, ramps, and long-term collaboration.
Enable Continuous Improvement: Drive KPI ownership, leverage analytics tools, and lead digital transformation initiatives aligned with long-term business goals.
Deliver Financial Results: Achieve revenue growth and margin improvement through strategic planning and disciplined cost optimisation.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
7+ years of experience in field service operations.
Experience in semiconductor industry or similar industry is desirable.
