The Role
As a receptionist, you will contribute to the cycle of the guest experience, providing excellent service from Check-In until Check-Out
Assist with guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
Demonstrate knowledge of hotel room categories, room rate, packages and other general product knowledge
Maximise room occupancy and use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities
Ensure a high level of compliance with hotel security, fire regulations and health and safety legislations
