A leading Irish business is looking for a Tax Analyst to join their finance team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone coming out of a Big 4 environment to gain broad commercial exposure and handle diverse tax challenges in a dynamic setting.
The Work You'll be a key player in managing the Group's tax health, moving between high-level strategy and essential compliance.
Compliance & Risk: Manage CT returns for ROI and UK entities, handle Revenue/HMRC enquiries, and support the Group with Pillar II and transfer pricing requirements.
Advisory & Business Partnering: Act as a go-to tax expert for finance and commercial teams on store acquisitions, disposals, and new business initiatives.
M&A Support: Assist with tax due diligence and the integration of new acquisitions into the Group.
Reporting: Support the tax side of quarterly forecasts, 3-year plans, and year-end audit disclosures.
What You'll Need Qualifications: Fully qualified CTA (Accountancy qualification is a plus).
Experience: 3-4 years of experience, ideally within a Big 4 environment.
Tech Skills: Working knowledge of Alphatax is highly desirable.
Soft Skills: You should be able to translate complex tax law into clear, practical advice for non-tax colleagues.
Mindset: Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing a varied workload under tight deadlines.
