We are seeking a Customer Service Executive fluent in French, Dutch and English to join a high performing support team. The role involves handling day to day customer requests via phone and email.
Delivering an excellent customer experience will be the main focus of this role. You will be expected to take ownership of issues and resolve them end to end rather than simply closing cases.
You will work in a diverse and collaborative environment where high quality service and customer satisfaction are recognised and rewarded.
