Job Summary:
As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering sales results by prospecting, upselling, and cross-selling Personal Lines, Commercial, and Agri business.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Meeting individual sales targets through proactive sales techniques
* Providing excellent customer service and resolving queries in a timely manner
* Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of commercial product ranges and compliance requirements
* Working collaboratively with the local FBD Life and Pension Financial Advisor to enhance overall service delivery
* Participating in account management initiatives for Commercial and Agri business
* Identifying sales opportunities and cover/rate improvements
Requirements:
* Leaving Certificate or equivalent and/or a relevant third-level qualification
* Approved Product Advisor (APA), Approved Product Professional (APP), Certified Insurance Practitioner (CIP) or Grandfathered Accreditation
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
* Previous insurance/financial services experience advantageous
* Sales/customer service experience
* Proactive and energetic approach with a positive outlook
* Customer-focused communication and organisational skills
