Fit Out Finishing Foreman
to join our client's growing team based in Tallaght.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Finishing Foreman with a background in Fit Out and Renovations to make a real impact in an innovative and growing organization.

Your new role includes
Overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of finishing works on-site.
Ensuring that all finishing touches align with project specifications and quality standards.
Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to optimize workflows.
Conducting regular inspections to monitor progress and maintain quality control and training and supervising site personnel, providing guidance and motivation.
Implementing health and safety practices to ensure a safe working environment for all.
Reporting progress and challenges to project management, proposing solutions as needed.
Experience you need
Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman or in a similar supervisory role in construction.
Strong knowledge of fit-out finishing techniques and materials, including carpentry, painting, and tiling.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead teams effectively.
Familiarity with health and safety regulations and best practices on construction sites.
Relevant certifications in construction management or trade-specific qualifications are preferred.
Full Irish Drivers' license is required
