Rottapharm LimitedKey responsibilities for this role include:Operate manufacturing lines in efficient manner in accordance with the relevant SOP’s to ensure required output targets are achieveEnsure that the manufacturing equipment and area is cleaned to GMP standards prior to useResponsible for the preparatory set up machines and equipment, and product in process testing, and for product condition during processing.Complete the Batch Manufacturing Record and the reconciliations of the BMR according to relevant S.O.P.`s.Report directly to Manufacturing Supervisor or Manager, if any problems or damage occurs.Responsible for a high standard of GMP and good housekeeping, and for inspection of batches that do not meet the quality standards.Responsible for the handling and storage of Controlled Drugs in accordance with relevant procedures, ensuring product security.Adhere to all company and legislative health, safety and environmental requirements, and perform any other duties as assigned by Manufacturing Supervisor / Manager.User of Manufacturing support software packages e.g. MES, SAP, Trackwise, Documentum etc.Constantly look to improve the process and to learn new skillsMinimum qualifications for this role are:Leaving Certificate or equivalentCandidates are required to be able to work different shift patterns plus overtime when required.Candidates are required to have a good understanding of the requirements of Good Manufacturing Practices.
