Job Description
We are seeking a skilled administrator to join our team as a customer service representative.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate teams
* Filter and oversee multiple inboxes, checking customer orders and directing enquiries accordingly
* Support the sales team by inputting leads into our CRM system
* Provide general administrative support, including handling post and ordering office supplies
* Assist with other ad-hoc administrative duties as required
