Job Description

We are seeking a skilled administrator to join our team as a customer service representative.


Key Responsibilities:

* Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate teams
* Filter and oversee multiple inboxes, checking customer orders and directing enquiries accordingly
* Support the sales team by inputting leads into our CRM system
* Provide general administrative support, including handling post and ordering office supplies
* Assist with other ad-hoc administrative duties as required

Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and possess strong prioritization and organizational skills, enabling them to work independently while collaborating with the team.


Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Strong prioritization and organisational skills
* Good communication skills and a customer-centric professional approach
* Basic IT skills
