Key Requirements: Previous experience as a Phlebotomist.
Active NMBI register.
Phlebotomy Qualification or Certificate.
Detailed knowledge ofvenepuncture techniques, sample management, strong understanding ofinfection preventionand maintenance of high hygiene standards.
Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth clinic operations.
