Your Key ResponsibilitiesReviewing applications and assessing claims for life and serious illness productsMaking accurate and timely decisions, following internal guidelines and standardsClearly explaining decisions to customers and advisers in a supportive, professional wayCollaborating with a variety of internal teams and external stakeholdersIdentifying opportunities for improvement and helping us do things better every dayMaintaining a positive, team-focused attitude and acting with integrity in everything you doYour Skillset and ExperienceFluent German (written and spoken) – this is essentialA couple of years' experience in underwriting or claims for life/serious illness insurance– OR a medical background (e.g. nursing or medical degree)– OR a relevant business or industry qualificationStrong communication and interpersonal skillsGood time management and organisational abilityDon't worry if you're still building your experience.
