Quality Manager – Role covers multiple sites across the South of Ireland
Sonas Nursing Home Group is expanding, and we're seeking an experienced Quality Manager to support and drive excellence across our homes in the South of Ireland.
In this key leadership role, you'll work closely with Nursing Home Managers to uphold high standards of care, ensure HIQA compliance, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

Role Overview
You'll lead quality and governance initiatives, conduct audits, support PICs, update policies, and promote a culture of learning and person-centred care.
What You'll Bring
* Registered Nurse (NMBI)
* Postgraduate qualification in healthcare management/quality/governance
* 3–5 years' experience in healthcare quality or compliance
* Strong HIQA knowledge
* Excellent leadership & communication skills
* Full Irish driving licence
Desirable:
Auditing or risk management qualification
