Role Description:
This is a full-time role based in Cork within a growing and ambitious financial services group, working across My Wealth Management Group and
The Marketing Executive will support the day-to-day delivery of marketing activity across both brands, ensuring marketing materials, digital content, and campaigns are kept current, consistent, and aligned with business objectives.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is organised, proactive, and interested in gaining broad exposure to marketing within a regulated professional services environment. You will work closely with senior management, advisors, mortgage specialists, and external suppliers to support ongoing marketing initiatives.
As the business continues to grow, the role offers scope to develop skills across digital marketing, campaign execution, brand development, and strategic marketing support.
Key responsibilities include:
· Supporting the delivery of marketing activity across My Wealth Management Group and
· Reviewing, updating, and maintaining all marketing materials, brochures, presentations, and digital assets across both businesses
· Assisting with content creation for social media, website updates, and email communications
· Coordinating and scheduling social media posts in line with brand guidelines
· Supporting marketing campaigns focused on lead generation, brand awareness, and client engagement
· Assisting with the coordination of events, sponsorships, and client or partner initiatives
· Providing marketing support to advisors and mortgage specialists, including presentations and promotional materials
· Liaising with external designers, printers, and marketing suppliers as required
· Maintaining an organised library of marketing assets and brand materials
· Tracking basic engagement metrics and supporting marketing reporting
· Ensuring all marketing activity aligns with internal standards, compliance, and regulatory requirements
Qualifications & Experience:
· A qualification or strong interest in marketing, communications, or a related field
· Previous experience in a marketing, administrative, or support role
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Good attention to detail and organisational skills
· Comfortable working across multiple projects and brands simultaneously
· An interest in financial services, professional services, or regulated industries is an advantage
· A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and develop
