We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of PeopleSoft HCM Developer.
This is a contract position that involves designing and developing solutions for our HCM portfolio.
Main Responsibilities:
* Design and develop system changes to implement new policies and procedures.
* Analyze data and identify opportunities for process improvement.
* Provide sustained support for assigned systems and ensure proper functioning.
* Work with business stakeholders to identify and document requirements related to system enhancements.
Required Skills:
* In-depth knowledge of writing SQRs, PS Queries, and scripts.
* Expertise in PeopleSoft techno-functional consulting services.
* Advanced programming skills in SQR and XML Reports.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets.
Education and Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in PeopleSoft development.
