Job Title: Shift Technician
We are seeking a highly skilled Shift Technician to join our team in Leixlip, Kildare. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with machines and are passionate about delivering high-quality results.
About the Role:
* The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting day-to-day processing problems and maximizing machine uptime.
* Key responsibilities include executing technical tasks on-shift, carrying out regular services on machines, providing cover for the Shift Supervisor where appropriate, participating in continuous improvement or new product introduction projects, maintaining high standards of safety and housekeeping, ensuring compliance with Quality and GMP requirements and adherence to all policies and procedures.
Requirements:
* Must have knowledge of mechanical and electronic systems associated with high volume manufacturing.
* Hold a relevant qualification in one of those disciplines and/or have additional specialized training and industrial experience.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
