The suitable candidate will provide technical leadership for the Service Engineering team, ensuring quality criteria are adhered to for all project deliverables.
They will train and mentor junior staff, review colleagues' technical work, provide feedback, and focus on succession planning and knowledge management.
They will contribute to evolving the engineering landscape through adopting new tools and technologies, gaining consensus for methodology changes, and promoting adoption.
Build partnerships and collaborate with others to meet shared objectives.Provide thought leadership and direction while managing and reviewing daily work in data insights and analytics.Apply domain knowledge to develop solutions to problems.Build strong customer relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions.What will you bring:2-5 years of experience in an IT role, leading small and large teams across various technologies.Deep understanding of data structures, ETL processes, APIs, and automation from Data Triggers.Proficiency with tools supporting data capture and manipulation (e.g., Java, API (Postman/Swagger), ETL (Pentaho Spoon, R), BMC Remedy Developer, BMC DWPA).Thought leadership in the Service & Operations domain, capable of leading this domain to meet current and future engineering use cases.Why Work for AIB:We offer flexibility in how we work, with a hybrid working model that balances working from home and office, depending on role and business needs.
