Customer Service AdministratorAn opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Representative to join a global market leader who specialise within chemical and ingredient distribution based in Belfast.This is a Full-Time, 9 Month Fixed-Term Contract (to cover Maternity Leave).Working hours: Monday to Friday.With a salary of £26,000 per annum.Job Role:You will be responsible for supporting the sales team across different industries, helping to make sure customer orders run smoothly from start to finish.Essential Criteria:Previous Customer Service experienceExcellent communication skills both written and verbal - with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levelsAbility to work on your own initiative as well as part of a teamAbility to manage and prioritise a busy workload while handling multiple tasks at onceStrong attention to detail and accuracyMain Duties and Responsibilities:Processing customer orders from start to finish, including entering orders, invoicing and following up where neededSupporting internal and external Account Managers across all product linesKeeping customers updated and handling day to day questions and clarificationsFollowing up on open orders, payments, or any outstanding issuesWorking closely with Account Managers, Business Development Managers and the Logistics team to make sure everything runs smoothly
