This role offers job share flexibility and the chance to work in a close-knit team, delivering exceptional service to private clients and SMEs.
Responsibilities
Manage office administration for advisory clients
Oversee client onboarding and documentation
Process applications while ensuring compliance
Support clients with income distribution issues
Coordinate compliance activities and reviews
Ensure client files are complete for advisor meetings
Assist with payroll and adapt to evolving tasks
Qualifications
QFA qualification (mandatory) and Voyant software skills
Experience in financial services or wealth management
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail with confidential documents
Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs
Willingness to learn and grow through training
