Whether it's setting up a brand-new tap mobile system in a city pub or ensuring a festival setup runs flawlessly, we're at the forefront of beer dispensing excellence.The RoleAs our Van Driver/Technician, you'll be the crucial link between our company and our valued clients. Your responsibilities will include:Expert Installation & Commissioning: Installing and commissioning beer mobilesystems, ensuring perfect functionality and optimal flow. This includes setting up kegcouplers, regulators, beer lines, events equipment and taps with precision and care.Proactive Maintenance & Reactive Repairs: Conducting routine preventativemaintenance checks, diagnosing and resolving technical issues promptly, andperforming on-site repairs to minimize downtime for our clients. You'll become atroubleshooting guruCustomer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strongrelationships with clients, providing expert advice, and ensuring their completesatisfaction. You'll be their go-to person for all beer dispensing needs.Efficient Inventory & Logistics: Managing inventory of equipment, parts, and tools,and ensuring the company van is well-stocked and organized.Safe & Timely Deliveries: Delivering equipment and supplies to customer locationssafely and efficiently, adhering to strict deadlines and schedules.Detailed Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of installations, repairs, andinventory, utilising digital tools and systems.Adherence to Quality & Safety: Ensuring all work is carried out to the higheststandards of quality and safety, following industry best practices and companyprocedures.RequirementsMust be comfortable with heavy lifting and be a hands-on personMust be able to load and unload a vanDriving is also required.Must be 25yrs or older due to insurance requirements to drive company vehicleFull clean drivers license requiredSustainabilityWe believe that businesses have a crucial role to play in addressing global challenges, andwe are deeply committed to driving positive change through our work and our values.
