Claimant-Focused Employment Solicitor Opportunity
This is a fantastic opportunity to work fully remotely while handling a high-quality caseload focused on claimant work, including unfair dismissal, discrimination, and settlement agreements. The role would suit a solicitor who is confident working independently and looking to build on strong experience in employment law.
The Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a caseload of Employment Tribunal claims from initial instruction through to conclusion
• Assess case merits and advise on the best method of funding
• Prepare Early Conciliation forms and lodge ET1s
• Provide expert legal advice tailored to each client's individual circumstances
• Draft legal documentation, letters, and settlement agreements
• Conduct advocacy at preliminary and full Tribunal hearings as required
• Maintain high standards of client care and communication
• Accurately manage case files and meet billing targets
Essential Criteria:
• Strong background in employment law
• Demonstrated experience running Tribunal claims from start to finish
• Advocacy experience in Employment Tribunals
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong IT proficiency, including case management systems
