Requirements
* Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering or Project Management or a related field.
* Strong organisational and time-management skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when required.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Demonstrated initiative and eagerness to learn.
* Adaptability and flexibility in fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist Project Managers with planning, coordination, and execution of multiple semiconductor new product development projects.
* Support the team in tracking project progress, updating timelines, and maintaining documentation.
* Attend and partake in project meetings, take minutes, and prepare summaries for distribution to stakeholders.
* Help monitor project budgets and resources, financial reporting of any discrepancies or issues.
* Contribute to risk identification and mitigation activities under supervision.
* Participate in stakeholder communications and help draft project updates.
* Undertake research and analysis to support project delivery and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Perform other administrative tasks as required by the Project Manager team.
