We are seeking an experienced Talent Management Specialist to join our team. This role will be based in Carrick-On-Shannon.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Providing employee support and liaison services
* Managing the Time and Attendance System, including enrolling and training employees
* Troubleshooting system errors and maintaining leave records
* Completing reports for financial and KPI analysis
* Coordinating recruitment processes and attending career fairs
* Maintaining HR policies and procedures, and implementing training programs
* Administering pre-employment medicals and participating in internal and external audits
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A Bachelor's degree in HR or Business
* Experience in a similar role, specifically in recruitment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
* Proficiency in computer software, including Internet Explorer and Microsoft Excel
