We are partnering with a premium cocktail bar in the heart of Dublin that is looking to appoint an ambitious and experienced Assistant General Manager. The Assistant General Manager will play a vital role in supporting the General Manager with all aspects of the business, from day-to-day operations to people management, and will be instrumental in driving standards, maximising revenue, and fostering a positive team culture.
