Executive Recruitment Consultant - (Expert in Software Development, QA, Mobile, Cloud, Product)
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Systems Administrator with a strong background in AWS or Azure cloud environments and a focus on automation, scalability, and system reliability. The successful candidate will manage and enhance our infrastructure across on-premise and cloud platforms, supporting high-availability systems that underpin critical business services.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and maintain Linux and/or Windows server environments in both on-premise and cloud-based setups.
Manage and optimize AWS or Azure services — compute, storage, networking, and security.
Design, implement, and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
Develop and maintain automation scripts (PowerShell, Python, or similar) to streamline deployments and system operations.
Support and manage containerized workloads using Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
Monitor system performance, availability, and security with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or equivalent tools.
Oversee patch management and vulnerability remediation (e.g., Qualys).
Participate in disaster recovery planning, testing, and documentation.
Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, and security teams to ensure robust, compliant, and scalable infrastructure.
Minimum Qualifications
3+ years’ experience in Systems Administration, SRE, or DevOps roles.
Proven hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure cloud environments.
Strong scripting and automation skills (PowerShell, Python, Bash, etc.).
Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, routing, load balancing).
Experience with microservices deployments and architectures.
Infrastructure-as-Code expertise (Terraform, Ansible, or similar).
Knowledge of cloud security and governance (IAM, Security Groups, VPC design).
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and passionate about continuous improvement.
Preferred / Nice to Have
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and source control (Git, Azure DevOps).
Database administration experience (SQL Server or equivalent).
AWS or Azure certifications.
Experience working in regulated or compliance-driven environments.
Familiarity with Agile or Kanban delivery methodologies.
Understanding of cost optimization and cloud governance best practices.
