Your Role
You'll provide essential care to clients in their own homes, supporting them to live independently, safely, and with dignity.
Key Responsibilities
* Personal care (washing, dressing, mobility, toileting)
* Meal preparation and light household duties
* Medication prompting and supervision
* Companionship and emotional support
* Supporting clients with Dementia, Alzheimer's, or high‑dependency needs
* Following individual Care Plans and documenting care provided
* Communicating any concerns to the care management team
What You'll Need
* QQI Level 5 (with Care Skills and Care of the Older Person modules completed)
* At least 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting
* Garda Vetting (and International Police Clearance if applicable)
* Fit‑to‑work certificate or willingness to obtain
* Full driver's licence and your own transport
* Comfortable using Google Maps for navigation
* Strong English communication skills
* A caring, dependable, and respectful nature
* Full eligibility to work in Ireland
