The Online Coordinator Role:
* Full time and part time roles - 21 to 35 hours a week.
* Processing all online orders received by the store
* The picking, packing and preparation of goods for dispatch / delivery and assisting customers who avail of our 'click and collect' service
* Replying to customer queries
* Counting, sorting and uploading new products onto the website
* Being passionate and knowledgeable about the online customer experience and seeking out ways to improve it.
* Creating Social Media content, implementing social media marketing strategies and scheduling them across all platforms Instagram, Facebook and Tik Tok
* Utilizing Digital Marketing to promote Silk Peaches
* When required to help customers on the shop floor
* Assisting with any other duties as required by your Manager
Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, strong administration skills.
Passionate about online business, you have a strong interest in online sales including but not limited to managing customer queries from online customers.
You possess and radiate a high degree of energy and can work towards goals without supervision
Experience in uploading to Facebook, Instagram and Tik Tok
A strong interest in Fashion
Knowledge of social media trends
Canva proficient
Experience with Shopify would be a bonus
