 
        
        Facilities Support Specialist
This role involves providing administrative support to both the Facilities and Tooling Departments, focusing on maintaining accurate records, scheduling maintenance works, and processing invoices.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Coordinate Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) activities for equipment and facilities.
 * Manage Reactive Maintenance tasks, assigning them to teams or contractors as needed.
 * Maintain comprehensive records in the ERP system.
 * Prepare regular reports on activities, expenditure, and requisitions.
 * Support daily operations of the Facilities Team.
 * Develop and oversee PPM plans for tooling equipment.
 * Monitor and manage calibration and maintenance schedules.
 * SOURCE AND TRACK TOOLING EQUIPMENT PROCUREMENT.
 * Manage documentation and reporting within the ERP system, including KPIs and expenditure analysis.
 * Assist the Tooling Team with administrative duties.
 * Process purchase orders and supplier invoices.
 * Track expenses and monitor budgets.
 * Liaise with the finance department for timely payments.
 * Maintain accurate financial records for Facilities and Tooling costs.
