Responsibilities:
* Manage inventory and purchasing processes to ensure timely material availability while controlling stock levels and costs.
* Use ERP and planning systems (e.g. SAP/MRP) to support manufacturing requirements.
* Ensure purchasing activities comply with internal controls, regulatory, and quality standards (ISO
* Monitor supplier performance and drive corrective actions and improvement initiatives.
* Collaborate with Logistics to optimize inbound freight, storage, and handling costs.
* Partner with Procurement, Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, and Finance to reduce inventory, minimize scrap, and ensure process compliance.
Requirements:
* Strong experience managing inventory planning and purchasing in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
* Minimum 5 years' experience in inventory management or purchasing within manufacturing.
* Experience working with suppliers across multiple global regions (Europe, Asia, North America).
* Strong team management experience.
* Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a multi-site manufacturing environment.
