We are a leading provider of high-quality childcare and early education, and we are dedicated to nurturing the development and growth of every child in our care.
Role Overview:
We are seeking an energetic and experienced Assistant Manager/Manager to lead and oversee the operations in Auroras Hobbits Ltd.
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly capable individual to manage and develop our business, ensuring the continued delivery of exceptional childcare services.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business management, a passion for early childhood education, and the ability to drive growth and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the quality of services and drive business growth.
· Oversee the day-to-day operations of the childcare centre, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintaining high standards of care and education.
* Lead, motivate, and manage a team of dedicated childcare professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, staff, and the local community to promote the centre and its services.
* Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children and staff within the centre.
Qualifications Required
* Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders.
* Knowledge of the National Childcare Scheme (NCS) and Pobal, ensuring compliance with national standards and effective use of funding.
Experience Required
* Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably within the childcare or education sector.
