 
        
        Payroll Administrator (Healthcare, Blackrock) – €19.57 per hour
Our client, a busy medical facility in Blackrock, is seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to join their team on a rolling contract basis. The successful candidate will manage the end-to-end processing of the fortnightly payroll, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and full compliance with current legislation. 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 16:30.
Location: Blackrock, South Dublin
Salary: €19.57 per hour
Contract: Rolling Contract | Full-time (35 hours, Mon–Fri)
Key Responsibilities
 * Process end-to-end fortnightly payroll accurately and on time.
 * Review and input both electronic and paper timesheets.
 * Liaise with HR on new starters, leavers, promotions, and leave queries.
 * Ensure all payments, benefits, and deductions comply with tax and company policy.
 * Maintain payroll records and ensure data confidentiality.
 * Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee queries professionally.
 * Support audits and reporting as required.
Essential Requirements
 * Leaving Certificate standard or equivalent.
 * IPASS qualification or equivalent payroll certification.
 * Minimum 2 years’ recent payroll experience in a busy environment.
 * Proven experience using ResourceLink HR/Payroll system.
 * Strong IT skills, particularly MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
 * Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and time management.
 * Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
 * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
