Cpl HR recruitment are supporting a leading global organisation is seeking a motivated and experiencedHR Business Partner to join their team. This role offers a fabulous opportunity to contribute both locally and globally, supporting the business in Dublin city while also acting as the HR lead in Europe. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong relationship-building skills, a coaching mindset, and a passion for talent development. Key Responsibilities include: Collaborate with senior leaders to align HR strategies with business goals. Provide expert guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management. Lead talent identification and succession planning efforts. Support managers in building development plans and fostering a feedback-driven culture. Oversee the performance management cycle to ensure meaningful engagement and outcomes. Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Advise on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with local labour laws in multiple jurisdictions. Partner with HR colleagues across regions to address and resolve issues effectively. Identify training needs and coordinate development programs to support business capability and individual growth. Collaborate with compensation specialists to ensure competitive and equitable reward practices. Lead and contribute to global and local HR projects Support the design and implementation of HR programs that drive performance and engagement. Skills and experience required: Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally within financial services or a similarly complex, regulated industry. Degree in HR or other related subject Strong interpersonal and consulting skills with the ability to influence and advise at all levels. Experience working in a matrixed, international organization. Proactive, solution-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement. Fluency in French is an advantage.
