We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Pharmacy Technician to join the team in Hickeys Dundalk.
This 32-hour permanent position requires the store to be open Monday to Saturday from 9a.m.
to 7:30p.m.
and Sunday from 10a.m.
to 6:30p.m.
The team consists of a supervising pharmacist and a support staff of 2 relief pharmacists, 1 other relief, and 3 technicians.

Responsibilities
Accurately prepare and dispense medicinal products under the supervision of the pharmacist.
Maintain excellent attention to detail and provide care in a professional manner.
Control stock levels and order medicines as needed.
Prepare blister packs and process and track claims.
Support the pharmacist in a busy dispensary setting.
Requirements
Experience working in a busy dispensary (advantage).
Newly qualified technicians welcome.
Experience with McLernons MPS (advantage).
Completion of IPU Pharmacy Technician course or Higher Certificate in Pharmacy Technician Studies (advantage).
