Job Description "> The primary function of this role is to deliver sales results for Personal Lines, Agri and Commercial Business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the overall running of the Sales Office to deliver a superior and efficient customer care service that produces agreed sales results while enhancing the local brand. The role involves working closely with and reporting to the Branch Manager and Sales Development Co-ordinator, focusing on achieving individual sales targets, including prospecting, up-selling and cross-selling of Personal Lines/Commercial/Agri business. The successful candidate will also be responsible for dealing with customer queries, ensuring all systems and procedures are complied with, and accruing and maintaining comprehensive up-to-date knowledge and information of the company's commercial product range and compliance requirements.
