Company Secretary Administrative Assistant - Law Firm - Dublin 2 - Hybrid
Our client, a prestigious Law Firm based in Dublin 2, is seeking two individuals to join their team on a permanent basis.
This role is ideal for a Finance or Law Graduate with 1-2 years of administration experience who is looking to start a career as a Company Secretary.
The position involves supporting the busy Dublin-based Company Secretarial team with tasks such as coordinating board packs, liaising with directors and service providers, arranging document signings, and handling ad-hoc corporate governance queries.
Role and Responsibilities
* Compile and distribute board packs (Diligent, Boardvantage, PDFs)
* Coordinate meeting logistics, attendance, and calendar invites
* Arrange signing, notarisation, and apostilling of documents
* Support audit requests and assist with regulatory database queries
Experience and Skills
* 1-2 years of office experience in a law firm or financial services
* Experience in a company secretarial department
* Familiarity with document management software and compiling board packs is advantageous
* Experience in diary management
* High attention to detail and ability to multi-task
