Role: Sales Executive Freight and Logistics Location: North Dublin Salary: €60k Role Requirements: Develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client referrals Manage and grow existing client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction Meet with clients face-to-face to present tailored freight and logistics solutions Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs Prepare quotes, proposals, and service agreements in line with client needs Liaise with operations and customer service teams to ensure service delivery Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the logistics market, including competitors, trends, and pricing structures Maintain accurate records in CRM systems, including call notes, opportunities, and pipeline reports Attend trade shows, networking events, and industry functions as required Report regularly to the Sales Manager/Director with updates on activity and performance Candidate Requirements: Proven sales experience 2 years in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain industry Strong knowledge of road, air, and/or sea freight operations and pricing structures Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) Results-driven with a strong ability to meet and exceed targets Ability to identify client pain points and offer tailored logistics solutions Strong negotiation and closing skills Competency in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) Full, clean driving licence (essential) INDCAT1 Skills: logistics sales Freight Forwarding Freight sales Benefits: Company car Bonus Commission
