Location: Multiple clients across Sligo, Donegal, and Mayo 
Employment Type: Full-time / Permanent/Contract 
We are working with several reputable clients in the Northwest region who are seeking experienced Accounts Administrators / Accounts Assistants to join their teams. These roles offer excellent opportunities to develop your career in finance within dynamic and supportive environments. 
Key Responsibilities 
 1. Process invoices, payments, and expense claims accurately and on time 
 2. Assist with bank reconciliations and month-end reporting 
 3. Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems 
 4. Support payroll processing and ensure compliance with company policies 
 5. Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to resolve queries 
 6. Assist in preparing reports for management as required 
Ideal Candidate 
 7. Previous experience in an accounts or finance support role 
 8. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills 
 9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel essential) 
 10. Experience with accounting software (e.g., Sage, Xero, or similar) is an advantage 
 11. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 
 12. Excellent communication skills
