You will join the Evisort AI team, operating as a startup within Workday, with the support and scale of Workday\'s customer base.About the RoleYou will orchestrate the vision, strategy, and roadmap execution within our suite of Contract Intelligence & Analytics features. Your leadership will drive our innovative vision to deliver best-in-class AI at scale, transforming how major companies optimize and streamline contract negotiation and handling processes. You will leverage your expertise to advance initiatives and deliver outstanding value to business professionals worldwide.ResponsibilitiesProduct Leadership & Collaboration: Create and implement a comprehensive product vision and strategy for the portfolio tailored to enterprise customers; establish strong relationships with engineering, data science, product management, design, and product marketing teams to execute the vision.Partner with the Evisort data science team to influence product decisions as new AI models are developed.Collaborate with a diverse set of stakeholders to align on customer needs.Product Development: Own ideation, design, and implementation of new AI products and features, incorporating generative and predictive AI technologies to address challenges at major companies; define product requirements based on trends, compliance, and feedback; articulate monetization strategies and execute within Contract Intelligence to achieve business goals.Team Leadership: Foster a positive, values-based culture that supports iteration and innovation with understanding of both legal and business domains.Market Analysis: Stay informed about advancements in generative and predictive AI and the broader legal tech landscape; conduct market research to identify opportunities and challenges for targeted industries.About YouWe\'re looking for versatile people who thrive in a fast-paced environment, ship customer value early and often, and bring groundbreaking ideas.
